We Do Not Accept

To maintain safety, compliance and processing efficiency, we do not accept:

  • Household rubbish or general waste

  • Whitegoods (fridges, washing machines, ovens, etc.)

  • Loose or damaged lithium batteries (unless pre‑arranged)

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, gas cylinders, paint, oils)

  • Fluoro tubes or lighting waste

  • Furniture or non‑electronic items

  • Medical waste or biohazard materials

Yes. Our processes operate in alignment with the requirements of AS 5377: Collection, storage, transport and treatment of end‑of‑life electrical and electronic equipment. We follow best‑practice dismantling, sorting and downstream material management.

Yes. We offer 100% destructive data destruction for hard drives, SSDs and other storage media. Once processed, data cannot be recovered. Certificates of Destruction are available for commercial and government clients.

Most standard e‑waste items can be recycled at no cost. Fees may apply for specialised items, large volumes or collections outside standard service areas.

Yes. We provide household, business and commercial collections across Sydney. We offer scheduled pickups, one‑off clear‑outs and tailored solutions for organisations.

Yes. You can drop off e‑waste at our Smithfield facility during operating hours. All volumes are accepted.
